Mail-bank module is designed for remote servicing of the clients via email. It consists of two components: “The Client” and “The Bank”.
Marco offers the following services of operational support of the Mail-Bank module:
Provision of services by phone (ServiceDesk)
• Hot Line for the support of the clients and the operational personnel of the servicing banks (Client-Bank, Internet-Bank, Crypto Mail systems);
• Maintenance of mail message transmission (solution of problems connected with mail and dial-up);
• Maintenance of transmission of electronic documents and inquiry messages (solution of problems connected with encryption, database settings and other factors that affect the inquiry processing);
• Consulting and training by phone during the installation and maintenance of the module by the client independently;
• Support the passage of electronic documents and queries (decision relating to encryption, set up databases and other things that affect the processing of requests);
• Consultation and training by phone during installation and maintenance of the module by the client himself.
System installation
• Visit to the client for Client-Bank system implementation of which includes installation and setting up the client part of this system, as well as training of the client’s personnel to work with it
• Troubleshooting service (maintenance)
• Visit to the client for reinstallation, setting-up or elimination of problems arising during the operation of the module, as well as re-training of the client’s personnel to work in this system.
System administration and monitoring
• Testing and mailing of the system upgrades;
• Acquiring clients for further work with the system;
• Deleting of the client’s accounts in the system;
• Administration of mail servers and servers of the client inquiries processors;
• Monitoring of the client inquiries processors.
