• Consulting and training by phone during installation and maintenance of the Client-Bank by the client himself.


Client-Bank system installation
• Visit to the client for Client-Bank system implementation which includes installation and setting of the client part of this system, as well as training of the client’s personnel to work with it.


Troubleshooting service (maintenance)
• Visit to the client for reinstallation, setting-up or elimination of problems arising during the operation of the Client-Bank system, as well as re-training of the client’s personnel to work in this system.


Client-Bank system administration and monitoring
• Testing and mailing of upgrades of the Client-Bank system;
• Acquiring clients for further work with the Client-Bank system;
• Deleting of the client’s accounts in the Client-Bank system;
• Administration of mail servers and servers of the client inquiries processors;
• Monitoring of the client inquiries processors.
