Installation
For objects of any complexity – a large enterprise, a small office or a shop, a cottage, a detached house or an apartment – there are its own safety requirements.
Qualified personnel and adequate material and technical base allows Marco-Plus company to perform full installation of security alarm systems; television video surveillance systems; access control and management systems; structured cable systems, including departmental telephone systems.
Warranty period is not less than two years!
We are interested in reliability if the installed safety systems and rationality of the proposed solutions.
Commissioning and start-up
Commissioning and start-up work ensure preparation and commissioning of the equipment. Prior to the commissioning start-up works the Company agrees with the client on the terms of performance and provides general conditions of the labour safety.
Commissioning and start-up works are carried out in four stages: preparatory works, adjustment, individual tests and complex setting of the equipment.
At the stage of implementation of preparatory works the operational documents for the hardware are examined. At the stages of adjustment works and complex setup of the equipment the corrective action of the previously conducted adjustment of the hardware components is performed, among them bringing the instrument settings to values with which the installation can be used during the operation. Hardware components are displayed in the operating mode and the full operational capability is checked.
Commissioning and start-up works are considered complete after getting the parameters and regimes provided by the project and technical documentation ensuring stable and steady operation of the technical equipment.
Repair and maintenance
The main purpose of the maintenance is keeping the systems in the working condition during the whole period of operation.
Marco-Plus company performs maintenance of the objects in accordance with the applicable rules and guidelines. The maintenance includes performance of regular preventive inspections and works as well as troubleshooting within the scope of the current repairs
In the course of the maintenance works the technical condition is controlled, the effects of the climatic and production conditions are eliminated, the faults are corrected and the reasons of false responses of the systems are revealed. The obtained data are summarized and analyzed, the measures on the improvement of the work are worked out
The warranty period for the equipment - not less than 12 months.
The company provides warranty service of the systems installed at the object and their performability during the whole warranty period.
After the expiry of the warranty period two variants of further cooperation are offered: in case of failure of the system or the system component the Company at the request of the client performs repairs or change of the equipment on a contract basis; the maintenance contract is concluded.
