Alexander Vladimirovich Zhukovsky

He began his career in the Regime and Information Department of the Priorbank OJSC. Then he held executive posts in Belfinlizing LLC (Deputy Director, Director).
Alexander Zhukovsky joined System Technology JLLC in 2006 as the Deputy Director. He was responsible for personnel management, financial policy, legal aspects of the company activities. In 2008 he became the director of Marco and Marco-Plus. As for today, he considers that his main feature is in the integration of the whole team.
He has two higher educations - he graduated from the Faculty of Geography of the Belarusian State University and the Faculty of Law of the Belarusian State Economic University. He also got the MBA degree at the Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management named after Leon Kozminski (Warsaw, Poland)

Victor Ivanovich Kozich
Deputy Director of Marco LLC
Victor Kozich began his career in the laboratory of laser-locator systems of the Research Institute of Applied Physical Problems named after A.N. Sevchenko of the Belarusian State University. Later he worked at Brest-VTI JSC where he was engaged in the software development. Since 1993 he was the programmer of the Brest branch of Priorbank OJSC. He passed the stages from the specialist to the head of the regional automation service for the Brest region. In 2007 he headed the department of the information systems operations in the System Technology company. Today he is the Deputy Director of Marco LLC. In the company he is responsible for creating new products, he determines the main directions of the IT infrastructure development. He graduated from the Faculty of Radio Physics and Electronics of the Belarusian State University.
